Check-in is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Can i park my car at the hotel?
Hotel Santi offers a car park with 5 places, including one vehicle charging station. Reservation is needed. The daily rate for parking is 60 PLN.

How do i get to the hotel?
Santi is situated in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from the Old Town Square. The railway station and bus stop are within 15 minutes on foot. Taxi from the airport to the city center takes about 25 minutes.

Where can I go shopping?
For fast grocery shopping we recommend nearby Polomarket. In a 15-minute walk from the hotel there is big shopping center – Galeria Krakowska.

Of course, pets are welcome. In the same time we require an additional payment of 60 PLN per day.

Hotel Santi is a lovely hotel with 'old world charm'. It a short 3-5 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. The room are delightful - we had a suite with a huge bedroom and a sitting room. Mieszkaliśmy w hotelu Santi za 3 dni byliśmy w Krakowie. To było tak blisko do wszystkiego, łatwo chodziliśmy wszędzie. Pracownicy byli bardzo mili i uprzejmi. Pokoje były piękne i przestronne. The location couldn't be better, it is just a short walk away from the main square. Just outside are several cafes and a bakery with awesome pastries. (...) The complimentary breakfast is fabulous. A surprise birthday trip for my wife, I had selected Hotel Santi as being central in the Old City. The hotel is a hidden gem, beautifully restored inside and with large, spacious and well-furnished rooms. The basement bar is ideal for a pre-dinner drink, and with the main market square only a 5-minute wander away, the location is perfect.
